The media center of the Red Sea Ports Authority announced that Safaga Port received the ship RISING LION with 63 thousand tons of Ukrainian wheat on board, coming for the Supply Commodities Authority, and the competent authorities in the port took the necessary measures to inspect the shipment to ensure its safety before allowing it to be unloaded.
The number of ships present on the Authority’s ports reached (10) ships, and (74,000) tons of goods, (267) trucks, and (52) cars were traded, as the import movement included (72,500) tons of goods, (213) trucks, and (49) cars, while The export movement included (1,500) tons of goods, (54) trucks, and (3) cars.
The port of Al-Zaytiyat also received the ALMA MARINE ship carrying 9,000 tons of diesel coming from the port of Marsin in Turkey, while the port of Nuweiba witnessed the handling of 2,000 tons of goods.
